These records cover the Cathedral church of St Peter in Bradford. St Peters became a cathedral in 1919, before that it was the parish church of the Diocese of Ripon in the Diocese of York.
Bradford (St Peter) is a borough, market-town and parish and the head of a Methodist union, in West Riding in Yorkshire. It comprises of the townships of Allerton, North Bierley, Bowling, Bradford, Clayton, Eccleshill, Heaton, Manningham, Shipley and Wilsden, as well as the chapelries of Haworth, Horton and Thornton.
